Privacy Notice
1. Who we are
Concour is run by Cesare Dunker, the data controller. Contact: info@concour.io
2. What we collect
- An account identifier and login details (device type, browser, country, time)
- Test activity, answers and scores
- Text you send via feedback or to our AI chatbot, Connor
- Your email address, used for login
We do not store IP addresses in our database.
3. Why we use it
- To provide the service, your account and your progress history (contract)
- To generate AI feedback and chatbot replies (contract)
- To keep the service secure and improve our questions (our legitimate interest in a safe and accurate service)
- To send updates on EU jobs or competitions (consent, which you can withdraw via the platform)
4. Who processes it
We never sell your personal data. We use Google Firebase (login and database). Data is primarily stored in the EU. Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
Until you delete your account. To do so, email info@concour.io. We may keep limited records where needed for security or legal reasons.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent. Contact info@concour.io. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at www.datatilsynet.dk.

We publish updates on this page and highlight material changes.
Terms of Use
1. About these terms
Concour is operated by Mr. Cesare Dunker. By using Concour, you agree to these terms.
You must be 18+.
2. Beta
Concour is in beta. Features may change, contain errors or be discontinued at any time.
3. Independence
Concour is not affiliated with or endorsed by EPSO, any EU institution, government or international organisation.
4. Your account
Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for your account's activity. To delete your account, email info@concour.io.
5. Your content
You own what you submit, such as answers, feedback and chatbot messages. You allow us to store and process it to run and improve Concour. Do not share sensitive personal information.
6. Our content
Our materials are for personal study only. Do not copy, republish or distribute them without our written consent.
7. Educational purpose and AI
Our materials resemble EPSO assessments. Scores are indicative and do not guarantee exam results. AI feedback may be wrong and is supplementary study support only.
8. Acceptable use
Do not bypass security, disrupt the service, scrape content or reverse engineer the software.
9. Third parties
We use third party providers for login and AI. We are not responsible for third party services or linked websites.
10. Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts for security, abuse, legal reasons or breach of these terms, with notice where possible.
11. Liability
Concour is free and provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
12. Rights concerns
If content on Concour infringes your rights, contact info@concour.io.
13. Changes and law
We will highlight material changes to these terms. Continued use means acceptance of the terms. These terms are governed by Danish law.
